The best bluetooth speaker

I was invited to review this portable Bluetooth Ball Speaker in exchange for an open and honest review. I bought a very similar speaker from Amazon recently, but this one has it beat. Not simply because it has more features, but it is really powerful, with a lovely deep bass from the 5W speaker. I am really taken by the performance of this speaker, along with its simplicity of use. There are 7 colourful LED's built into the speaker, which provide an awesome night time display. Very cool!

It looks and feels like premium product the moment you take it out of the box. Once you fully charge it up with the USB cable, you simply switch on the power button, and then follow the instructions provided to sync the speaker to your phone or tablet.

The speaker feels reassuringly weighty in your hand, and the switches click nicely when pressed.

The Bluetooth capability with not just allow you to stream music from your phone or tablet, but it will allow you to answer phone calls hands free. The Bluetooth range is quotes at 15M and in real world conditions I would agree with this from my own experience. The real surprise for me is the quality sound wonderful bass tone. It shocks me to admit it, but the quality is at least as good as my portable DAB radio. I'm actually struggling to find fault with it any way. It has a built in 3000mAh lithium battery which can't be removed easily, not to say that it will be impossible to do when the time comes in a few years.

You can connect the 3.5mm aux cable to a device, to provide non-bluetooth connectivity, which is a very nice feature. There is micro SD card slot, so you can listen to music or audiobooks without the need to connect it to a tablet, smart phone or pc. The speaker can also be connected to two devices at the same time.

Running time varies depending on whether you you accept calls, or have the volume up loud, but I find 9 to 11 hours of mixed use is obtained from a full charge. Music playback alone will provide up to 12 hours battery life, which is very impressive I'm very impressed with it in all areas, and pleasantly surprised in others. If I had bought this speaker, I would be just as delighted as I am testing it, and would feel that I had got a bargain. I would go as far to say that it is the best Bluetooth speaker that I have bought, owned, or in this case tested.
